This community is being set up with goals that we will achieve together in changing State and Federal legislation on protecting our rights that we were willing to go fight for. We would also like to amend the Soldier and Sailor Act to include a Veterans court in every county court house across the United States with a Judge that is either a Veteran or a panel of Veteran councilors that will help with the outcome of the case at hand.

 LIST OF SERVICES

EDUCATION

We are trying to set up relationships with Vocational Schools to get PTSD/TBI Veterans job training. Upon finishing school we will also be assisting with job placement for the Veteran to get back on his or her feet. We are also up to suggestions on what else we can do to get these Veterans on the right path and ease the adjustment into the civilian word and be an asset to their community. We only look for schools that are directly invested in the vets return to employment. The schools listed below take Vocational Rehab, G.I. Bills (Montgomery and Post 9/11)

HOUSING

Military Warriors Support Foundation awards mortgage-free homes to combat wounded heroes injured while in service to our country. The homes are for families who have severe and/or unique circumstances due to their injuries received while serving our country. In addition to the home, the families will receive 3 years of family and financial mentoring.

Who Can Apply:

1. Must be a combat wounded veteran (Purple Heart recipient given priority) from any American conflict. Wounds must be a result of combat or combat training during any American conflict.

2. Must be honorably retired or separated from the military. (Those with compelling situations, whom are less than 90 days from retirement or separation may be considered)

3. Must not currently have a mortgage.

HEALTHCARE

Beyond the doctors and nurses who provide you with high-quality health care, VHA offers tools and information to help you reach your optimal health. Tools like My HealtheVet enable you to manage your medical priorities through an online prescription refill service, personal health journal, and links to Federal and VA benefits. Use the health support services listed below to maintain your physical and mental wellness.

LEGAL HELP

This is a community for all Veterans to share their stories of PTSD with or without TBI being used in the court systems against you with no other justification than you have PTSD. Across America these situations lead to restraining orders that have no just cause which in turn you lose quality time with your children, or its being used during court mediation for child custody and you are getting less time than you deserve due to these false claims. This community is for the innocent Men and Woman that fought for their country and the rights of freedom, to come home to the legal system turning their backs on the Veteran. We are pleased to have Marine Veteran Dwight Wimbly on our team as a legal clerk. Send a message to our legal clerk with your case information and get assistance, and a pathway to resolution.
